Visitor Manual
How to watch live events on LiveTrack.
Watching an event
1. Open tracker.flagoff.my and look at Upcoming Events or Live Events.
2. Click Open Live Map or Tracking Page on the event card.
3. Enter the 5-digit access code shared by the organiser (if required).
4. The live map appears — riders show as numbered markers.
5. Use the Find rider box to locate a specific number.
Rider statuses
LIVE GPS update under 90 seconds — actively moving.
DELAYED GPS 90 sec – 3 min.
SIGNAL LOST 3–10 min without GPS. Not necessarily an emergency — may just be poor coverage.
OFFLINE over 10 min without GPS.
Never assume a rider is in danger just because they show OFFLINE. Forest routes often have no internet coverage.
Privacy
Public positions may be delayed by a few minutes for privacy. Full names and personal details are not shown on public maps.
