Live Rider Tracking Notice
During the event, the organiser may collect GPS location, time, speed, direction, altitude, GPS accuracy and device battery information from riders who activate event tracking. The information is used for event operations, rider progress visibility, route review and assistance coordination.
Participant-facing maps display rider numbers and operational status. Organiser-only screens may show registration and emergency-contact information. Tracking should only be enabled for the event period and retained only for the configured operational retention period.
Mobile coverage can be unavailable on remote routes, so the live map may show an old location. LiveTrack is an operational aid and does not replace marshals, sweep riders, emergency procedures, satellite communicators or direct contact with emergency services.
